APPROVALS APPLICATIONS
Welcome to Realm-of-Kitsunari 's monthly design approval journal! Members use this journal to submit their designs for approval. Once submitted the design den admins will overview designs in a timely manner and either alert the member to any needed corrections, or approve the design and enable it to be uploaded after approval. Please read through the journal carefully before submitting your design for approval.
DESIGN APPROVAL RULES
- Each player can submit a total of 5 designs a month.
- After the completed design has been uploaded to stash, each design must have a completed Import Information form filled out.
- Designs must be submitted by the Kitsunari's owner, not the person in which designed the Kitsunari.
- If your design hits corrections you must repost the design to corrections, not back in the approvals design approval string.
- All images must be the correct PNG format and size.
ITEM APPLICATION RULES
- Physical items may not be applied during design approvals. This way the design can be properly judged.
- Physical item applications should meet the groups cosmetic guidelines. Cosmetic Applications

Watermarks
Members may include a design watermark provided is does not obstruct the import image dramatically. It should be subtle.Team Kitsunari admins are merely doing their jobs, please respect them.
The group will NOT tolerate the staff being abused due to enforcing rules that they themselves did not even create.

APPROVAL TUTORIAL
- Step One- Download the correct file needed to design your Kitsunari.
- Step Two -Design your Kitsunari using the guide the group supplies breaking down each marking.
- Step Three - Upload your completed PNG design to your personal Sta.sh and in the artists comments include a completed Import Information Template.
- Step Four - Submit your design for approval in the monthly design approval den after filling out the provided form.
STOP! Members may only post a total of 5 designs into the design den monthly!

Do not double post your designs, please keep track of what designs you submit. Submitting a design twice because of reckless tracking will result in a month suspension from submitting designs.

- You must re-upload the newest attempt, should the correction be a text edit only; you may simply update the original file and comment here.
